How to steep

Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 fl oz of fresh water.

Heat water to 185°F and pour over the tea. Steep for 2–3 minutes, then remove the leaves.

Green tea can become bitter when it's steeped too hot or too long, so this is one where a little restraint pays off.
