Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions or special offers.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Southern Grounds Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or events outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged or Missing Packages
