How to steep
Use about 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 oz of water.
Heat fresh water to approximately 205°F, pour over the tea, and steep for 4–6 minutes. Remove the leaves when it reaches the strength you like.
For iced tea, brew it a little stronger than usual before pouring over ice.
