Costa Rica Tarrazu is a bold yet beautifully balanced medium-dark roast crafted from high-elevation beans grown in the renowned Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. Known worldwide for producing some of the cleanest and brightest coffees available, this roast delivers a richer, deeper interpretation of the classic Tarrazu profile while preserving its signature citrus brightness and smooth sweetness.
Each cup opens with vibrant lemon notes layered over warm honey sweetness, supported by a full-bodied finish that feels rich without becoming bitter. The result is a smooth, refined coffee with remarkable balance, clarity, and character.
This coffee is sourced through Coopetarrazú, a cooperative founded in 1960 by 228 small coffee producers committed to creating fair opportunities for local farmers in the Los Santos region of Costa Rica. Today, the cooperative supports more than 5,000 members and oversees every stage of production — from harvest to export — helping ensure exceptional consistency and quality year after year.
